Reporting to Director

Monitor centre services by external operator.

Strategies, Create, Plan and organize the curriculum and programmes for the centre.

Manage the deployment, professional development and well-being of staff.

Manage the day to day performance of the Centre Operations to deliver a best in class service, meeting or exceeding all KPIs and within budget.

Set the strategy for the development of the centres, staying abreast of new practices and technologies, ensuring that we gain and maintain recognition for the quality of customer service.

Lead, inspire and co-ordinate the contact centre management team at all levels to create motivated and engaged colleagues.

Be responsible for the end to end customer contact processes and associated customer experience, supporting cross company initiatives to drive improvements, improve efficiency and reduce complaints.

Responsible for the recruitment, training, induction and coaching strategy across the centres

Work closely with teacher/manager in Training delivery teams. Taking responsibility for the ongoing development all levels of centre colleagues.

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining tax compliance and reporting of taxes to meet the company’s tax requirements. May provide services in tax research, audit responses and other specific tax-related areas. Ensures company compliance with government laws, governing tax rules for income, Value-Added Tax (VAT) or Goods and Services Tax (GST), sales and use, and/or other tax areas.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Provide support to internal customers for tax-related issues.
• Prepare tax returns and related supporting documents/work papers (income, VAT/GST, etc.).
• Review tax work papers and returns prepared by others.
• Prepare tax provision work papers and summaries for inclusion in global financial statements; evaluate changes in tax law, analyze tax adjustments and tax positions and determine appropriate classification.
• Prepare or review transfer pricing studies (local, regional, global).
• Perform tax research and provide interpretation and application of tax rules.
• Prepare and/or review responses to tax authority inquiries.
• Review tax packages for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide tax technical support for restructuring.
• Act as a liaison between tax department and outside service providers or external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead BIM-focused projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.

· Write and uphold BIM Execution Plans, maintaining project consistency and quality.

· Integrate BIM into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).

· Generate clash reports and lead BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants.

· Oversee multidisciplinary coordination, including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D).

· Troubleshoot issues with models and projects, ensuring timely resolution.

· Oversee the BIM team, providing mentorship and support to enhance team performance.

· Provide guidance to architects on implementing appropriate BIM strategies and technologies.

· Plan and resource delivery aspects of projects, ensuring efficient execution.

· Conduct training sessions on BIM processes to improve team capabilities.

Requirements:

· Specialist Diploma in BIM, Degree in Architecture, or equivalent.

· At least 4 years of relevant experience in BIM management.

· Proficient in Singapore BIM Standards.
