• Prepare Stakeholder Reports: Assist in compiling and preparing reports on the status of ongoing projects for stakeholders.
• Maintain Confidentiality: Handle all materials and information with the utmost professionalism and strict confidentiality.
• Internal Reporting: Collect and collate information from internal sources for reporting on invoicing and collection status.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in a project assistant or similar administrative role is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• As the role will be required to liaise with stakeholders based in Korea, the ability to converse in English and Korean would be a plus
• Excellent time-management abilities and the capability to organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools, with a willingness to learn new software and systems
• Flexible team player who is adaptable and willing to do what it takes to get the job done
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible Operate Conventional Machine / Milling / Grinding Machine.
• Perform minor troubleshooting, repairs and replace on equipment spare part.
• Perform housekeeping and cleaning of machine and work area to ensure neat and tidy working environment.
• Perform On-site service.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned based on business needs.

Job Requirements

• Driving License.
• Responsible, self-motivated and good interpersonal skill.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Positive attitude towards learning.
• Basic knowledge of hardware analog and digital circuit.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and fix hardware issues.
• Able to work on weekend and overtime if needed.
• At least 2 years of working experience.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Preferably able to start immediately within short notice.

Minimum Qualification Level: GCE O-Level, Nitec, NTC Grade 2 or equivalent

Field of Study: Engineering Trades n.e.c. (eg pipe & steel fabrication, welding, diesel engine mechanics)
