Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working Hrs: 42.5hrs/weekly
Responsibilities:
1. Front desk management
2. Mail and package handling
3. Phone call management
4. Certificate issuance
5. Attendance tracking
6. Facility booking management
7. School calendar maintenance
8. Photocopying and printing
9. Transport arrangements
10. Office administration tasks
11. Emergency response (calling ambulance services)
12. Other duties as assigned by Admin Manager or supervisors
Qualifications:
• GCE 'N' Level Certificate or equivalent and above (education certification may be offset with relevant work experience)
• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team
• Candidates must have at least 1 years of relevant working experience
