Position: Account Assistant Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join an E-Commerce team at Japanese trading company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and on-time order fulfillment. No prior warehouse experience or forklift license is required, making this a great opportunity for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all work orders are picked and packed accurately based on specifications.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, picking, sorting, QC, packing, and inventory counting.
• Handle daily internal stock transfers from other locations.
• Print and manage stock labels.
• Manage goods release, shipments, and collections as required.
• Ensure accuracy in shipment and inventory transactions.
• Neatly label and store all stock in designated locations.
• Maintain a clean, secure, and organized warehouse environment.
• Conduct regular maintenance of all warehouse equipment.
• Perform monthly cycle counts (inventory checks).
• Place new materials in assigned storage locations.
• Be available for standby duties on weekends and public holidays.
• Meet KPI targets for warehouse operations as set by management.
• Support the ESH sub-committee in addressing safety and risk-related issues.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• No prior warehouse environment experience required.
• Basic understanding of warehouse processes and related IT systems.
• Forklift license is not required.

Others:

Salary: SGD 2,000-2,500 +AWS +VB (depending on the individual performance)

• Operate label printing machines efficiently.
• Ensure all stocks are neatly labeled and stored in designated locations.

• Conduct regular maintenance of all warehouse equipment.
• Be available for standby duties on weekends and public holidays.
• Perform warehouse operations to meet KPIs set by management.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment is preffed. (No experience is also welocome)
