The Duke-NUS Cancer and Stem Cell Biology (CSCB) Programme studies the causes and treatments of cancer and related diseases. SUMMARY

As an Ecommerce Executive / Assistant Manager, you will be involved in various aspects of ecommerce operations and campaigns. You will also be responsible for ecommerce duties not limited to developing product detail pages for online pure players, order management, and liaison with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualize and execute best-in-class product detail page (PDP) descriptions and images for online pure players such as Amazon, Lazada and Shopee
• Campaign planning and execution on online pure players.
• Optimize PDP for better searchability.
• Monitor and develop reports on brand and competitor activities within the online space
• Plan, execute and analyze onsite search marketing on Amazon, Lazada and Shopee
• Track key performance metrics on a daily basis.

REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience within the ecommerce sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Plan and coordinate the daily operations of the Hospital’s Outpatient Services to ensure efficiency and effective use of resources
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize workflows, enhance patient care processes and service quality
• Prepare and review policies, procedures and work instructions for clinical processes to facilitate patient safety and quality care
• Utilise IT systems to analyze data, prepare presentation and reports
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to implement new programmes/services
• Monitor project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure timely completion
• Lead the team of Outpatient Service Associates (OPSAs) to attain service and operational excellence
• Work with internal and external stakeholders in the area of feedback management
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in managing outpatient service operations
• Proficient in MS office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data management
• Knowledge of clinical systems (SAP, EPIC and Clinic Assist) will be an advantage
• Possess good knowledge of healthcare financing schemes (e.g., Healthier SG, CHAS, Medisave and /or ILTC subsidies)
• Pleasant disposition, strong interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
• Strong planning, organization and coordination skills. Have experience in data analysis
• A team player who is meticulous, result focused and manages pressure well

HR cum Account Assistant

$2,400-$3,500

5 working days, 8.30am – 6.00pm

Location: Near Ikea Tampines

Human Resource Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of payroll regularly
• To ensure compliance of Employment Act and taxation policy.
• Handle all administrative duties relating to HR matters and claims.
• Manage work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation etc.
• Responsible for application, renewal and maintaining licensing with various government bodies
• Assist in submission of CPF contributions, IR21, IR8A, levy claim applications, government surveys and other statutory submissions.
• Maintain and timely renew of Insurances, Security Bond and Insurance Claim Handling
• Maintain, up-to-date and filing records and profiles in the HR system and MOM portal.
• Maintain and verify timesheets, attendance and leaves balance for all staff
• Prepare letters and internal announcements as and when required.
• Ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Accounting Roles & Responsibilities:

· Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner

· Prepare consolidation and entity level management report for monthly, quarterly, and yearly group reporting

• Responsible for monthly CPF contributions, tax clearance/ annual tax filing by working closely with Accountant during annual audit process.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the accounting system

· Quarterly GST submission and assist in preparation of annually corporate tax submission

· Long and short-term cash flow projection and monitoring

• Prepare invoicing, debit and credit notes, payments, issuance of cheques/ TT and e-filing duties, bank reconciliation, cashflow statements.

· Prepare letters and emails to remind customers of due payments

· Expenditure variance analysis and monitoring

· Liaison with external auditors pertaining to statutory audit

· Liaison with tax agent on company taxation matters

· Liaise with company secretary, bankers, local authorities, and other relevant parties pertaining to finance and account related matters

• Ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• Familiar to MOM rules & regulations is a preferred.
• At least 3 years of human resource and accounting experience is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in HR, Payroll or Accounting software/system. (Infotech, E-Retail, MYOB)
• Well verse in English and Mandarin to liaise with overseas counter-part.
  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
