• Manning of General office counter during school office hours.

• Provide support in administrative work that include simple sorting of documents, filing and data entry.

• Render first aid to injured students coming to the General office.

• Any other administrative tasks assigned by the Administration Manager and school leaders.

Job Requirements:

• O’ level certification
• 2 years’ experience in similar receptionist or counter jobs, with experience working in a Primary school context.
• Basic knowledge in computer skills, such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• The Personnel should also preferably have some experience in providing first-aid.

Summary:

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 5:45pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break.

• Fridays: 8:30am to 5:15pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break.

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

• Salary: $2000 - $2500
• Working hours: 5.5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm); Saturday (8.30am to 12.30pm)

Responsibilities:​

• Ensure proper storage of goods and maintain good housekeeping.
• Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and comply with safety standards and guidelines.
• Loading/unloading goods
• Prepares daily picking list and delivery order.

Requirements:​

• Class 3 Driving Licence is preferred
• Forklift Licence is preferred
