Responsibilities:

• Perform order fulfilment
• Liaise with customers, vendors, forwarders, warehouse personnel & distributors for shipping arrangement.
• Issuance of Purchase Order to vendors and coordinate shipment with customer, vendors and forwarders.
• Arrange goods inspection.
• Manage Inventory Reports.
• Prepare C/O application, Invoice attestation and documents for LC negotiation to bank.
• Assist Logistic Manager for month end account closing.
• Any other adhoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Logistic & Operation Management / Business Administration and equivalent.
• Min 2 years of working experience in logistic environment.
• Proficient in MS Office.
