Weave is looking for an Assistant Producer to join our team! This position is under our Producing Department and will report to the Head of Production. He/she will assist the Producers and Executive Producers in all aspects of pre-production and production work for our video and photography projects.
Responsibilities
Assisting Producers in the pre-production process, eg: conduct castings, location scouting, shoot planning, handling filming permits, oversee art and wardrobe departments
Coordinate & compile materials for pre-production meetings and communication between departments
Managing production logistics and manpower
Assist on set as production manager or production assistant
Requirements
Diploma in Film and Media studies or any other relevant fields of studies preferred.
Fresh grads are welcome, some production background/experience will be advantageous.
Efficient in organising, coordinating, and planning
