Primary Objective:

Assist the Head of Internal Audit in discharging its responsibilities by performing independent review to ensure :-

•    Soundness and adequacy of governance, risk management and internal control system
•    Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements as well as internal policies and guidelines.
•    Coordinate and supervise audit assignments to ensure timely completion and efficient execution.  
•    Provides consultative role in review of proposal papers for development of new and variation to the existing Islamic banking products & services as well as new and enhancement of framework, policies and guidelines to ensure the necessary control features are incorporated.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Coordinate annual risk assessment exercise of all the operating units under the purview of this section for establishment of annual audit plan.
•  Plan and supervise the execution of risk-based audits as per annual audit plan established.
• Review audit scopes and audit programs for execution by audit team to ensure audit objectives are met with adequate coverage.
• Review draft audit findings and works performed by audit team to ensure issues raised are appropriate and valid for audit discussion.
• Attend audit exit discussion with the respective Head of BG/FG & BA/FA to discuss audit issues as well as recommendations to improve system of internal control
• Review and finalize audit reports for sign off by Head of Internal Audit and Functional Group Head, RHB Bank Singapore
• To provides value-added service through recommending the key controls required in review of proposals for new and variation to existing Islamic products and services, new and enhancement to existing policies and guidelines.
•  Train, coach, motivate and provide guidance to the staff in the section.
• Assist Head of Internal Audit in supervising and ensuring smooth operations of IAD

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Develop and customise audit programmes/security audit checklists to assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls in mitigating IT risks.

• Perform In-depth audit of Government agencies’ ICT&SS processes/applications/supporting infrastructure and systems
• Perform follow-up audit (FUPA) of past audit findings of Government agencies determined by ACD; import audit findings into the central repository.
• Perform any other related services which may be required by IA to carry out the ICT&SS audit.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• With at least 6 years of working experience with a solid record in IT Audit
• Prior experiences in leading an end-to-end IT Audit.
• Strong security background (understanding risk assessment, legal & regulatory requirements, threats, vulnerabilities, security policies etc.)
• Experience in performing audits for compliance with COBIT framework and ITIL practices.
• Familiarity with IM8 or equivalent ICT policies is plus
• Performed security assessments benchmarked against common security standards such as NIST 800-53 or ISO 27001
• Prior experience in Application Development and Cloud are preferred but not mandatory
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing & planning skills.
• Possess CISSP/CISA/CISM, or other relevant cybersecurity qualification.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager who is familiar with IT Audits.

• Maintain the annual Division 5-year rolling Health Check Plan.
• Procure and managed services of consultants and independent auditors & augmented resources to augment internal capability to deliver committed deliverables under the Division's 5-year rolling Health Check Plan and other GIG initiatives.
• Facilitate audits conducted by auditors from Auditor General’s Office, WOG ICT Governance Group, Internal Auditor Dept, etc, by managing auditor-auditee interactions during audit fieldwork, and for management responses, audit finding validation and closure.
• Participate in the conduct of health checks and reviews to assess status of adoption of and compliance with policies and standards, to identify non-compliance gaps, to recommend remediation follow-ups, to validate remediated actions and to close the findings.
• Conduct pre-audit compliance health checks on large-scale, complex system high/medium risk areas to establish the status of adoption of and compliance with policies and standards, for regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain the Audit Dashboard for tracking of all health checks and audit findings to ensure timely completion, validation and closure for regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain the Compliance Dashboard for tracking of status of adoption of and compliance with policies and standards for regular reporting to stakeholders; and
• Coordinate with Division's Programme Management Office (PMO) as well as product teams on responses to compliance-related polls for submission to respective parties.
• Provide on-the-job training & guidance to new or junior team-mates on their job responsibilities for governance, compliance & audit.
• Review updates to GIG contextualized Whole of Government (WOG) ICT framework, policies and standards arising from changes in government policies to ensure accuracy, adequacy & consistency across the various ICT&SS domains.
• Manage auditor-auditee interactions when facilitating audits during audit fieldwork, and for management responses, audit finding validation and closure.
• Manage stakeholders when conducting pre-audit compliance health checks on system high/medium risk areas to establish the status of adoption of and compliance with policies and standards, for regular reporting to stakeholders; and
• Manage stakeholders for governance matters i.e. provide consultancy on policy requirements & impact arising from changes in policies and standards, staff outreach activities and sharing of best practices, etc.
• Participate directly or indirectly through contribution of ideas & resources towards projects and initiatives beyond direct line of reporting in support organization high level goals;
• Engage stakeholders regularly and effectively to provide updates on initiatives & to share insights on governance, compliance, and audit matters.

• Minimum of 10 years of ICT experience, with experience in managing projects (full software or product development life cycle) and had participated in or facilitated IT system audit exercises; and
• Held supervisory position previously and led a team size of at least 3 staff.
• Professional certifications such as CISA is an advantage.
• Good understanding of IT management processes, technology risks and internal controls, and standards such as ISO9001.
• Good understanding of IT Risk Management and the effectiveness of controls to mitigate the risks.
• Independent and able to multi-task.
• Meticulous and structured, able to deliver good quality results timely, and with eye for details.
• Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Understand our business and the problems we are trying to tackle, deeply, when it comes to our core security services

• Support the sales and pre-sales teams in responding to customer risk and security questionnaires and queries

• Build customer trust through managing and hosting in-person customer/prospect security meetings

• Be the Salesforce field expert for the Salesforce trust story covering security, architecture, reliability, performance, privacy and compliance.

• Interface with Product Management and Security teams to ensure all the latest security features and capabilities are accurately represented in customer responses

• Collaborate with the Salesforce Legal, Privacy and other teams on customer-specific contract requirements

Desired Qualifications

• Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)

• 12+ years of experience in information security, governance, and compliance.

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure. 

• Understanding the architectural and security nuances.
