Job Description

• Handle inbound/outbound calls/emails on inquiries, feedbacks and complaints
• Ability to understand customers needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Consistently deliver quality service to achieve customers satisfaction
• Ensure proper follow up, escalation & closure of individual case
• Provide accurate product and service information to customers
• Resolve queries efficiently and escalate issues promptly
• Perform KPIs set by Supervisors
• Others duties assigned by Supervisors

Qualifications

• Minimum “O” Levels (one year of relevant work experience will be an advantage)
• Customer service oriented and possesses strong problem solving skills
• Team player, initiative and willing to learn with positive mindset
• Able to adapt changes and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good interaction, communication and interpersonal skills
• Possesses self confidence and ability to multi task
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays

What Will You Do

• Telemarketing or Cold Calls to identify and develop strong clients’ accounts, both new and existing business to achieve sales targets
• Serve with urgency and commitment to support and fulfil clients and candidates needs
• Source suitable candidates via advertising, resume mining, networking and referrals
• Screen resumes, short-list, interview and select the right match of candidates according to clients’ requirements and job responsibilities.

• Follow-up & monitor department’s implementation plans to ensure compliance and improve process consistency & accuracy.
• Provide regular updates to Senior Management on organization’s reliability status, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Build data analytics capabilities to support reviews and dashboards.
• Participate in special reviews and projects, when required.

Requirements:

• A recognised Degree with professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) or Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA).
• Minimum 3 years of Audit experience.
• Prior experience in healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
• A strong team player with good networking and project management skills.
