More About You:

• Degree in Chemistry/ Material Science or equivalent
• 1- 3 year experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, Chemical Lab or/ and quality related experience preferred
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of analytical techniques
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Win Word, Powerpoint, Tableau and Excel VBA
• Knowledge of requirements IATF16949, ISO17025, ISO 14000, OSHA 18000 will be an added advantage

This role is within Package and Development Engineering (PDE) group of Micron. This is a global department with teams located in USA, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, and India. As a PDPE (Package Device Product Engineer) in PDE, you will be responsible to prepare for new DRAM, NAND or MNAND products and coordinate resources, testing, and analysis over the lifecycle of the product. You will run data analysis and modelling, create, and maintain root cause analysis documentation, analyze parametric, probe level (Front End) and electrical test (Back End) data and respond to failures. In this role, you will work with various Technology Development (TD) & New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineering (Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA), Physical Failure Analysis (PFA), Assembly) and Manufacturing groups to find the root causes of the failed units.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Enable new test signals in BE which would capture assembly related failures.
• Work with Test Solution Engineering (TSE) & Product Engineering (PE) to ensure standardize test coverages & chars. Define Char limits, and approval of any test related changes.
• Development of new out-of-control-action-plan (OCAP) and its sustenance
• Provide Lot disposition based on parametric data observation in case of out-of-control (OOC) trigger.
• Ensure that Silicon & assembly process meets Product expectations by extracting and analyzing Probe and BE test data.
• Participate in Phase Gate review meetings, presenting the data analysis and deciding on Phase Gate exits related to electrical Test data.
• Analyze test failures, coordinating EFA & PFA to identify the root cause. Implement fixes for fails (Fab process or Design or Assembly Process)
• Finding out the correlation of test failures to assembly process and updating the database with the signatures observed
• Support Global and Local material review board (MRB) in case of excursions and RMA related to package intrinsic design. This includes analyzing electrical test data for root cause analysis (RCA) and assessing the health of the contained material.

Requirements

• Bachelors/ Masters in Electronics, Device Physics, Applied Physics, Electrical
• Sound knowledge of device physics
• Knowledge in Engineering Statistics
• Experience in data (electrical) analysis and modelling (JMP, Spotfire is a plus)
• Experience in programming (Python or Perl)
• Effective communication skills in written and spoken English
• Good multitasking and organizational skills, able to make decisions in complex situations
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience in NAND / DRAM memory or related field

We’re searching for a MECHANICAL ENGINEER/ SENIOR ENGINEER to be part of our FACILITIES DEPARTMENT diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for HVAC systems, Clean Room, Building services and maintenance.

What you will be working on:

• To provide facilities support pertaining to Clean Room, Chillers and HVAC systems, Environmental Protection Systems, Process Utilities Supply Systems, Building Services and Maintenance, and other miscellaneous mechanical and facilities systems to wafer fabrication so as to ensure continuous supply of utilities and related facilities at the required performance level or specifications
• Formulate, implement, review and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs for systems in charge so as to ensure that the systems function as intended at all times
• Carry out repair and troubleshooting of systems in order to restore systems to their operating conditions in the shortest possible time. Carry out root cause analysis and implement action plans to prevent recurrence
• Able to formulate effective reporting and tracking systems for monitoring of system performance and capacity usage. Recommend and implement improvement/enhancement projects where appropriate.
• Formulate, implement, review and improve operating procedures so as to ensure optimum operation of systems
• Monitor and review utility consumptions and work with users to implement projects to reduce the consumption where possible
• Knowledge of all relevant standards, legislations, codes of practice etc and ensure their compliance
• Provide guidance and training on the systems in charge to fellow colleagues so as ensure adequate working knowledge and system backup
• Ensure plant histories, drawings, data and other appropriate documentations are being generated and properly filed for future reference and review.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate spares, consumables and other resources necessary for the day-to-day operation of the systems.
• Conduct project supervisions.

More About You:

• Master / Degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, Building or equivalent. Preferred candidate with SCEM certification.
• 5 years of relevant working experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical or petrochemical industry. Hands-on experience in day to day operation and maintenance essential.
• Experienced in managing cleanroom (Class 100 environment) systems
• Person shall act as SME for ACMV system. Person must have sound knowledge of operation and maintenance of Clean room areas and ACMV system
• Provide building services and maintenance, including building facilities repair and upgrading, housekeeping, landscaping and pest control.
• Knowledge of maintenance principles and good engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• User Support - Respond to IT-related inquiries from end-users. Provide prompt and effective technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Guide users through basic troubleshooting steps to resolve common IT problems. Escalate complex issues to the senior engineers if necessary.
• Software and Hardware Support - Install, configure, and maintain software applications on end-users' computers and mobile devices. Assist with the setup and troubleshooting of hardware devices, including computers, printers, peripherals, and audio-visual equipment. Address printing-related issues, including troubleshooting printer connectivity problems. Possess knowledge of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting. Assist users with network connectivity and related issues. Provide support for Microsoft Office products. Conduct regular maintenance checks on computer systems and perform necessary updates.
• Audio and Visual System Setup - Assist in setting up audio and visual systems for meetings and presentations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to audio and visual systems.
• In-House Application Support - Assist users with issues related to in-house applications. Collaborate with developers or relevant teams to address and resolve application-related problems. Provide user guidance and support for in-house application usage.
• Documentation - Prepare and update user guides for various software applications, including in-house applications.
• Others - Perform other IT related duties or projects as assigned.
