Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Performance marketing and working in partnership with our regional marketing leaders, you will make our global paid marketing operations world-class thanks to automation. In the UK and AU in particular we’re going through an exciting phase of scaling our activity and this role will be instrumental in driving the growth by focusing on improving our ROAS and running innovative experiments, while maintaining a strong data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

Automation (75% of Role)

• Identify, develop and launch new solutions to automate basic tasks of paid account management (e.g. scripts or industry solutions)
• Come up with ideas to test & constantly run A/B tests on bidding. Ensure automated bidding drives the highest volume of net cash by measuring performance regularly. Maximise the opportunity of automated bidding strategies and campaigns, including PMax 
• Ensure data pipeline of conversions is always 100% accurate, and build automated alerting to spot issues in real-time
• Automate tracking of KPI's to identify opportunities and report back to the wider business
• Leverage CRM platforms for paid marketing automation activities, with the goal to enhance ad audience segmentation, exclusions and testing
• Implement API integrations (using tools such as Zapier) with paid platforms

Account Management (25% of Role)

• Execute and optimise PPC, Paid Social and retargeting campaigns across multiple countries where required
• Conduct regular keyword research and campaign audits to identify new opportunities
• Implement scalable paid campaigns using a hypothesis-led approach to test, learn & iterate. 
• Stay abreast with Search trends, techniques and constantly looking to test new channels

• Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Performance Marketing manager or similar
• BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field
• A problem solver. Outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail and must have a data driven approach
• Experience with managing campaigns in Google Ads. Proven track record of growing PPC operations for a tech/ecommerce business or an agency
• Focused on the results. Proven track record on driving revenue and higher AOVs at target ROAS
• Proven experience in running A/B tests on bidding at scale
• Proven experience in script and relevant automation solutions for paid search marketing
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written

Beneficial Experience

• Python coding or similar scripting language knowledge a strong plus

• Continuous improvement of automation for the installation and maintenance of Linux Operating System and related components in a Large-scale Linux Server infrastructure.

What we’re looking for: We are looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Manager, who will be responsible to manage and grow the capabilities and utilization of our Digital Marketing Automation platforms. Eg. Marketo, Litmus, Sitecore etc.

This role requires a technically savvy marketing automation professional, who will collaborate with Intuitive digital marketing channel experts, IT, region marketing, local marketing teams, sales operations, content/creative and customer support teams. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, Asia,  the incumbent will lead business requirements, adoption, and strategic growth of marketing automation across Asia marketing and business teams focused on campaigns, web publishing, email design and deployment, lead scoring, real-time web personalization, behavior and trigger-based activities across the customer journey and alignment with sales effectiveness. The Senior Marketing Automation Manager will drive continuous improvement in marketing automation, A/B and multivariate testing, lead lifecycle optimization, adherence to all privacy policies, and the application of best practices in multi-channel digital automation campaigns.

Primary responsibilities include:

Campaign and Email Automation

• Design, deploy and optimize email campaigns, including email template setup, campaign setup, testing, scheduling, tracking, and measuring campaigns to drive short-term and long-term results
• Work closely with regional legal and regulatory teams to ensure all processes are compliant with country requirements
• Organize events such as tradeshows and webinars in Marketo, including email invitations, reminders, landing pages, and forms

• Working with our teams in the countries and globally to develop and execute marketing automation strategies within customer journeys, contact management, segmentation, and measurement of success.

Website Publishing

• Define and execute the website strategy for Asia country websites by bringing them at parity with the US, understanding regional requirements and developing templates and a content roadmap alongside local countries
• Defining the web publishing process for Asia between global, regional and local stakeholders using Sitecore.
• Develop, maintain and publish web pages on internal sites (including country calendars, newsroom, thought leadership,etc.) using Sitecore and support the execution of publishing on external sites
• Integrate forms on website working closely with outbound web and marketing automation teams to ensure correct flow of data to customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement for marketing automation programs and integrations. Devise and support projects to integrate marketing technologies.
