Responsibilities:

As a Personal Banker, you will play a pivotal role in the retail banking sector. Your key responsibilities include:

• Acquiring and servicing retail banking clients, catering to their unique financial needs.
• Proactively developing new client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Offering comprehensive financial advice, encompassing wealth management solutions like insurance, investments, unit trusts, and fixed & savings accounts.
• Nurturing enduring, close-knit relationships with existing clients.
• Conducting regular follow-ups with both existing and potential customers to evaluate and address their financial requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of a Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• Preferably, 1-2 years of prior sales experience in the financial or banking industry.
