1. Basic Accounting duties and support.
2. Data entry, verify documents & ensure accuracy of data collected, updated records of invoices and receipts.
3. Cost calculating
4. Assist in annual tax filling and quarterly GST reporting
5. Keep up-to-date the office general filling system
6. Assistant in AP/AR job; giro application
7. To support day to day operations of the team in recording invoice/receipt entries, bank transactions
8. Review and record staff claims
9. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years working experience in F&B will be an added advantage
2. Training and support provided
3. Positive working attitude, strong team player, and willing to learn
4. Able to handle multi-task
5. Entry level, candidates with no experience are welcomed
