Job Description

· Assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining our Safety and Quality Control Plans

· Responsible for the planning & execution of the process to upkeep cleanliness and tidiness of the facilities

· Develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent and ensure no recurrence of non-conforming items.

· Work together with other job functions (inbound, inventory, outbound etc) to inspect in-process and completed work, to ensure work meets SOW and quality standards

· Maintain and organize all relevant records of inspections done.

· Creating Reports for Manager to highlight issues, detail the number of defective products being produced, and explain where improvements can be made.

· Maintaining compliance by ensuring all activities and processes align with Company Safety and Quality policy & objectives.

Requirements

· Must able to work night shift when required

· Attention to details and thoroughness in all tasks

· Must possess own transport

· Able to travel to various distribution centre if required

· At least 5 year of relevant working experience in the logistics industry preferred

Responsibilities

Develop sales by sourcing new clients, upselling of product

Attend to clients (sales appointment)

Maintain and responsible for account servicing

Archieve sales target

Handle order administration

Responding incoming phone and emails enquiries

Prepare sales quotation to be send out to customers

Able to communicate effectively with English & Chinese speaking clients preferrably

Honest, Confidence & Target oriented

Able to work under pressure and tight deadline

Hardworking and reliable, adaptable and flexible

Possess own transportation is a plus
