Your Mission

This position is responsible for driving activities related to digital transformation as a member of the Program Management Office at HMGICS. The role involves developing revenue generation and operational models for training, advisory, and solutions focused on digital transformation and new manufacturing technologies. What To Expect

[3. Junior Chief of Staff - 30%]

Assist the Chief of Staff to the Chief Innovation Officer (CIO), with the goal of becoming the full Chief of Staff within 1-2 years:

• Actively manage the CIO Organization’s activities, time, and priorities to maximize impact and ensure the achievement of HMGICS's core objectives.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings and communications on behalf of the CIO.

Job Description

• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
