This role will involve managing relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, creating and executing an e-commerce roadmap, optimizing online sales channels, and aligning marketing initiatives with business goals. The ideal candidate will also manage all marketing, social media, and website activities, as well as collaborate with the company’s PR firm to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. E-Commerce Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute the company’s e-commerce strategy to achieve sales growth and brand visibility.
• Manage the relationship with 3PL providers, including inventory coordination, reverse logistics, and fulfillment performance.
• Monitor and analyze e-commerce KPIs, such as conversion rates, sales performance, and customer satisfaction, to ensure business objectives are met.
• Optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO, across marketplaces.
• Plan and manage promotional campaigns on online sales platforms (e.g., Amazon, WayFair, etc).

2. Marketing & Social Media Management
• Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, including content creation, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the PR firm to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
• Monitor competitor marketing activities and trends to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.

3. Website Management
• Oversee the maintenance, functionality, and design of the company’s website to enhance user experience and conversion rates.

4. Collaboration with PR Firm
