The School Administration Office ensures that the campus runs smoothly and that the campus environment is safe and inspiring for students, staff and visitors.

The Admin Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of the campus and will assist the campus leaders in general administration of the school. The incumbent is responsible to review, simplify and alleviate the non-professional administrative work processes and workloads in the school. He/She will also coordinate with RCHQ and various departments to ensure efficient use of resources.

Critical Work Functions

1. Complete a range of required administration tasks including reports, correspondence, spread-sheets, taking, distributing and filing meeting minutes and audit activities
2. Support the school’s budgeting process and financial operations in budget exercises, asset and inventory tracking, handling audit queries, etc.
3. Oversee the administration of overall procurement processes in schools to ensure compliance with RC and funding guidelines

Alignment- Ensuring alignment with RC’s values and compliance with policies and standards

1. Assist campus leaders to ensure that programmes comply with all funding requirements
2. Support school leaders in aligning the objectives and work plan to the overall objectives of the school to meet the school’s strategic needs
3. Ensure that staff adheres to organisational policies and procedures and the corporate Code of Conduct

Public relations- Leading in client-centred service

1. Oversee the admin office and reception area, ensuring that queries are attended to promptly and with good service attitude
2. Supporting the campus leaders in developing and maintaining positive relationships with the stakeholders such as parents, vendors, and the public, etc.

Job Requirements

• A tertiary qualification in Administration or other relevant field and/or demonstrated substantial experience (at least 5 years) in school administration
• Strong interpersonal, organisation and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead and work well in team
• A dynamic and motivated individual with a keen interest in continuous improvement and work excellence

Job Description

• Work closely with Division leaders to monitor and control their operating performance
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts; and ensuring deadlines are met
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing
• Responsible of full set account
• Intercompany and related company settlements, review all reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Preparation of journal and month end schedules
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
• Prepare other ad-hoc financial management reports as required by the Management
• Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
• Assist in treasury matters, including providing monthly financial and cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient cash requirement

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• At least 8 years of experience in accountancy / financial management role
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

The Office of Value-Driven Care strives to improve the value of healthcare delivered to patients across the SingHealth Cluster. We support the review, formulation and implementation of strategies that inculcate a Value-Conscious Culture in healthcare delivery. Our office coordinates Value-Driven Care (VDC) / Value-based Healthcare (VBH) efforts by facilitating knowledge sharing and joint learning. We also ensure the alignment of VDC/VBH initiatives with productivity efforts, measurement and improvement strategies.

As a Senior / Manager, you will:

• Develop and monitor strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve alignment and implementation of the VDC/VBH initiative across SingHealth institutions.
• Oversee department resources, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Spearhead the organisation of events and resources to build VDC/VBH capability within SingHealth at the cluster level.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor junior staff to build a high-performing team.
• Liaise with the Ministry of Health (MOH) to ensure alignment between the SingHealth VDC/VBH effort coordinated by the Office of VDC, and the National VDC effort or related workstreams coordinated by MOH.
• Support the Director and Group Director in strategic planning reviews by providing monthly performance reports and data-driven insights to senior management and relevant platforms.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in biomedical or health sciences with at least 8-10 years of relevant working experience
• Strong knowledge and experience in data analytics, including statistical tools and benchmarking. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and change management practices is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience in the healthcare sector will be an advantage
