Job Description

• Overseeing of the service of the restaurant.
• Responsible for the smooth running (opening shift & closing shift) of the restaurant.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback to ensure guests satisfaction and continuous improvement in food products and services.

Job Description:

- Increasing donations; identify and qualify prospective donors.

- Support fundraising through special projects/ initiatives and solicit gifts as appropriate.

- Conduct Donor research and build a fundraising pipeline.

- Conduct a review of donors/prospect and support efforts to forge new relationships to build visibility, impact and financial resources.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to join our team.

In this full-time role, you will be supporting the Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks within our business, across various outlets in Singapore.

This role requires a strong focus on maintaining high-quality service and food standards, ensuring smooth operational processes, and managing manpower resources effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills to ensure the highest level of service is delivered across the outlets.

Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
(a) Management
• Provides production direction to Team Member in a clear, concise, and positive way and coaches others to lead operations
• Ensures Team Member delivers quality service and food in accordance with company’s guidelines
• Act as a point of contact between HQ Corporate office and assigned outlets.
• Provide information from HQ to Outlet Managers and Team through various ways of communication
• Coach and mentor, all level of Team Members in your assigned outlets
• Review all assigned outlets’ Daily Business Reports on a daily and weekly basis, and identify problems and suggest improvement measures

(b) Outlet Operational Leadership
• Leads operations by directing efficient and accurate preparation of products for prompt customer delivery within the established speed of service guidelines
• Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements
• Coordinate and arrange on-going maintenance with HQ Corporate office to ensure business continuity
• Review customers feedbacks and incident reports, and ensure actions are taken and execute AAR for improvement

(c) Manpower
• Review outlets’ weekly schedule to ensure staffing levels based on business needs and coverage for Outlet Supervisor(s) during operating hours
• Manage manpower cost
• Resolve employees’ concerns and conflicts when required
• Manage and maintain team’s hiring and attrition rate

(d) Admin / Purchasing Support

• Coordinate and manage purchasing activities, ensuring that the outlets are fully stocked with the necessary supplies and equipment

• Work closely with suppliers to negotiate best prices and terms for goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

• Collaborate with the finance department to process purchase orders and ensure proper documentation for budgeting and cost control.

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standards, maintaining accurate records of all purchases and transactions.

• Other admin duties as assigned by management.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE  

The Infopro Digital Business Development Manager position is a team-oriented, quota carrying role that will focus on revenue generation for the Global Financial Market brands, specifically selling our Risk.Net, FX Markets and Waters Technology products to clients globally. This   role will sell enterprise access to our subscriptions and memberships to new clients, whilst working alongside the Account Management team to ensure clients buy our full suite of products.   The Business Development Manager will work with an entrepreneurial mindset that demonstrates drive, initiative, energy and a sense of urgency.  

You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives that support the company’s objectives in the financial services industry. You will be expected to leverage your expertise and networks to generate leads, close high-value deals, and expand the company's footprint in key global markets. 

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute a strategic business development plan that aligns with the company's goals and targets in the global financial market.

World Central Kitchen is seeking a highly skilled chef, and innovative Manager to lead Culinary Operations on the ground to ensure the service of nourishing, comforting meals to disaster-affected communities. The ideal candidate is a committed, innovative Culinary expert who thrives in fast-moving, rapidly changing environments, and is able to develop culturally appropriate menus, manage rotating inventories, and cook at scale in low-resource environments to ensure food reaches communities in need. The Culinary Manager plays a critical role in building and training locally led response teams in order to coordinate the efficient and effective provision of food resources promptly. The Culinary Manager is responsible for ensuring food aid rapidly reaches communities in need in alignment with WCK’s North Star values. 

Duration: The Culinary Manager is a two (2) year term contract position with the opportunity for renewal, offering a unique chance to lead and shape WCK's responses.

This position reports directly to the Response Director during activations, and the Senior Manager while off activation.

Key Responsibilities:

Activation Management

• Respond within four (4) hours notice to a disaster area to act as Culinary Manager, managing relief operations on the ground, or in rare cases, remotely.
• Lead and manage field teams specializing in culinary operations. Ensure strategic and streamlined implementation of relief activities on the ground, operationalizing WCK’s North Star values.
• Design and implement response strategies in the field that are adaptable and robust enough to function in high-stress, dynamic environments affected by natural disasters or conflicts.
• Recruit, onboard, train and manage culinary teams, including local hires and Corps members in the field. 
• Consult on the scope of the response, and manage or implement Culinary operations.
• Provide regular updates on operations to the Response Director to ensure ongoing, transparent information sharing across the organization. 
• Collaborate with all WCK departments on the ground, or remotely to support the needs of the activation.  
• Ensure smooth transitions and complete handovers with other Activation Managers, and between Response Corps team members when rotating field teams through phases of the activation.
• Complete the After-Action Report process immediately following activation wind-down, collating and drawing learnings for process improvement.

Culinary Operations 

• Design and manage high-volume production kitchens with locally led chef teams, ensuring the preparation of culturally appropriate meals for affected populations.  
• Direct and oversee multiple modalities of rapid food production, across many kitchens in low-resource, austere environments. 
• Create or advise on rotating menus; prepare order lists informed by local culinary partners, soliciting regular feedback from field teams and guaranteeing that all meals are culturally aligned and served with dignity and respect.
• Manage and liaise with the procurement and logistics team to predict future production capacity and timelines; maintaining daily pull lists, tight inventory, and procurement of fresh, high quality ingredients. 
• Guide and teach WCK culinary teams and vendor partners (restaurants, catering companies, food trucks etc) to adhere to high standards of food safety, temperature, quality, hygiene, and scalability. Ensure all meals are prepared in a timely manner to be ready for distribution teams. 

Budgeting and Logistics

• Work with the finance team and Response Director to share cost projections for culinary operations, focusing on meal production and logistical needs.
• Collaborate with the procurement and logistics team to source materials and supplies efficiently and ensure timely delivery to affected areas.

Personnel Management and Training

• Recruit, train, and motivate diverse culinary teams on activation, ensuring a high-performance culture aligned with WCK’s North Star. 
• Provide leadership, mentorship, training and support to team members, promoting a culture of urgency, accountability, adaptability and continuous learning within the team.
• Address personnel issues on activations in real time, and provide regular performance feedback on Corps members. 
• Support the recruitment of Corps members, and manage personnel effectively on the ground to foster growth and ensure a diverse pipeline of activation leadership.
• Identify professional development needs and gaps in culinary capabilities to arrange for appropriate training, and provide this feedback to relevant stakeholders for implementation.  

Community and Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with local communities first. 
• Ensure the teams conduct outreach and engagement activities that contribute to WCK’s reputation as an effective, compassionate, and reliable relief organization.
• Represent WCK in the field, acting as an ambassador to beneficiaries, partners, and the media, as required.

• Ability to spend up to 70% of the time in the field. The typical duration of an activation is four (4) weeks, though timelines could be longer. 
• Must live within one (1) hour of an international airport or be willing to relocate. 
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to remote and potentially hazardous locations within four hours notice.
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent is preferred, or 5+ years of experience in management roles, preferably in fast-paced, ever-changing environments, including military, emergency response, culinary, humanitarian, or event management settings.
• Experience leading, training and coaching large teams in challenging and rapidly changing environments. 
• Ability to work independently with minimal infrastructure and resources.
• Willingness to work in challenging environments with austere living conditions. For example, responders may not have  access to running water, communications, or electricity and they may have to sleep outdoors and use bucket toilets.

• To formulate below the line strategies that leverage on partnerships through channels such as corporate, community, education, government achieving donor recruitment and public education opportunities for the charity.
• To drive innovative donor recruitment and public education strategies to fruition.
• To develop, mentor and lead the members of the donor recruitment to achieve their objectives.
• To oversee the recruitment curriculum, training and engagement of ambassadors to support the team’s objectives and the charities goals of building a volunteer database.
• To oversee the donor recruitment training curriculum for staff and volunteers ensuring that every member of the charity is affluent in donor recruitment.
• To drive strategies that reduce donor attrition from registration recruitment through to donation through digitization and other initiatives.
• To strategise and lead below the line communication for marrow donors, pledgers, ambassadors, and other stakeholders.
• To ensure drive/event operations are well organized and executed by the donor recruitment team and incidents are promptly managed.
• To oversee swab processing operations, increase efficiency and maintain data accuracy and integrity.
• To oversee the overall management of the marrow donor register ensuring donor quality and data integrity.
• To lead the charities annual flagship event – Match for Life.
• To oversee / support as manpower in recruitment initiatives when required.
• To review departments policy and procedures to be in compliance with the charities policies and in adherence to the requirements of regulating bodies such as WMDA.
• To take on the role of Assistant Data Protection Officer for the team and ensure adherence to PDPA Act.
• To plan, manage and review the teams budget, expenses and review yearly plans with the BMDP Management.
• To plan and organize the Donor Recruitment and Public Education Sub Committee meetings with the Public Education Manager.

What you will be working on

As a part of the Service Quality Management team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the Board’s Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) that is used by both frontline and backend departments to handle correspondences with our customers. You will play a role in ensuring the successful deployment and integration of systems to enhance service quality and improve customer experience.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, overseeing project progress and gathering feedback.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear business requirements and ensure smooth integration of systems.
• Participate in testing to ensure system readiness and alignment with standards, and provide post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve project blockers in collaboration with IT colleagues and vendors.
• Harmonise business processes to accommodate changes from the new system.

Primary Function of Position:

The Manager, Asia FSO (FP&A, Sales Operations) closely work with Asia FSO teams to support the business in the fastest growing market at Intuitive. FP&A function includes China manufacturing planning and analysis with the mission to drive operational efficiency. This position supports Sr. VP & President Asia Pacific and other regional commercial leaders for financial planning, forecasting, analyzing the business from entire Asia region standpoint with deep understanding of each market’s dynamics and is capable of providing valuable insights for their decision makings.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, recruit, develop, inspire, and evolve the Asia Sales Operations and FP&A teams and processes to provide our business partners "World-class decision, budget, analytic, and finance support on initiatives with defined ROI that drive the Asia business".
• Proactively analyze complex business problems, data, or trends and provide strategic, data-driven recommendations that support Asia Commercial planning, strategy, short and long-range financial models, and accelerated adoption and scale.
• Develop commercial reporting / cockpits that align to Intuitive's commercial fundamental building blocks (adherence to the TTP, incremental sustainable surgeons, high quality 90 and 180-day training productivity, increased sales contribution, clinical and capital selling milestones)
• Closely work with US HQ and own the process for budgeting, forecasting, long term planning in Asia region.
