Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of the project/program/term contract, including developing short- and long-term targets, overseeing daily activities, ensuring safety and quality, implementing financial controls, and coordinating reporting with all stakeholders and subcontractors.
Familiarize yourself with, understand, and execute contract requirements.
Plan work schedules and efficiently organize project/maintenance activities to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
Attend regular meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Resolve technical, contractual, and other issues that may arise.
Communicate clearly and confidently with senior management, providing solutions and contingencies for any problems encountered.
Write technical reports and proposals as requested for the project.
Ensure smooth execution of all projects from pre-construction to post-construction stages.
Conduct preliminary site feasibility studies and recommend feasible planning proposals.
Have experience with productivity tools such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Maintenance Resource Planning (MRP).
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, regulations, codes of practice, and company safety rules and regulations at all times.
Requirements:
Diploma in Building and Architecture, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities/ Real Estate Management
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Experience in M&E Engineer
Good written and communication skills
