The SALES Manager is responsible for maintaining the operational of the office (Bukit timah branch) as well as ensuring sales target of the sales consultant are achieved monthly. Reporting to the Director, his/her role will establish and maintain sales target achievable by each sales consultant without compromising cohesiveness among the colleagues.

· Responsible for achieving sales targets of the branch office assigned by the Director

· To assist the Director to manage and grow the branch business in bukit timah area. Areas of responsibility include Sales Consultant monthly target, Forecasting and Reporting management and Proposals and Contracts administration management.

· Liaises with both internal and external parties necessary to ensure sales target success: Company Management, Suppliers, Workers and the customers

Job Description

• Good understanding on Cost Control, Variations and Change Control
• Able to monitor and control procurement of materials in an orderly manner
• Able to Handle own and sub contractors people on site and timely control on handling complaints, settle disputes and grievances of personnel.
• Handle Clients for Business, Safety , Cost and Timely construction activities
• Has to Identify potential issues and resolve it before it becomes an issue

Requirements

• You must be well versed technically and practically with the Electrical installations and basic design as per Singapore Standards.
• You should adapt with RNC’s ISO systems (Quality and Safety) and be innovative to suggest improvisation in the system.
• Knowledgeable in Lighting, Small power, Earthing, Lightning Protection and ELV systems.
• Good Organisation skills, planning and Prioritizing works.
• Go-Getter mindset and good in communication.
• Responsible for actions of the Team on site.
• Minimum 3 year experience as a project manager.
• Proficient in MS Office (e.g Excel & Power Point).
• Possess good writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working in a “Live” process plant is an added advantage.
• Knowledge on Instrumentation works shall be an added advantage.
• Class 3 Licence is an added advantage.
