Job Description:

Job Objectives

The Infopro Digital Business Development Manager position is a team-oriented, quota carrying role that will focus on revenue generation for the Global Financial Market brands, specifically selling our Risk.Net, FX Markets and Waters Technology products to clients globally. • Coordinate and develop of CCSM and M&E design with LTA, SWCs and relevant authorities.
• Interpretation of specifications, compliances, terms and conditions, drawings, getting budget approval from relevant approving authorities and other relevant documentation
• Involve in planning and technical co-ordination of M&E services installation work
• Supervise and liaise closely with consultants, sub-contractors and site operation team to facilitate installation works on site
• Coordination with the relevant authorities for design approval and work permission
• Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule and ensure good quality of work throughout the project
• Ensure adherence of construction procedures and safe work practices to warrant that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship to meet stringent requirements conducted during site tests and inspections

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ experience and at least 2 LTA MRT underground projects in related fields for construction supervision of similar scale and complexity.
• Proficient in BIM software and AUTOCAD will be advantageous
• Preferably with experience in writing tender specifications
