Responsibilities:

• Communicating with upper management to develop strategic program and to exert strategic influence to align project’s with business’s goals.

Job Description :

This position reports to the Managing Director and interfaces with Company's operation manager and HR staff. 1.) Client Support and Coordination:

• Ensure prompt follow-up for survey cases under pending status.
• Provides accurate daily report on mailboxes activities for the day to relevant stakeholders.
