The Programme Executive (PE) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the programmes offered by the Institute, and assigned frontline student services. He/She may be assigned to various functions/tasks, and hence he/she should possess have good EQ and inter-personal communicatons skills, in order to be able to work with other departments.

The PE’s responsibilities include the following:

1) Perform frontline / customer services

a) Liaise with external organisations/participants with regards to the programme delivery.

b) Liaise with teammates and other stakeholders to provide student recruitment, orientation and admission.

c) Manage expectations, feedback and enquiries from students/public on programmes offered.

d) Assist in data collation, reporting and analysing department’s statistics and data.

2) Inter-department collaboration

a) Support the delivery of programmes and work with internal departments to fulfil other administrative duties as required, which include tasks related to finance, logistics, operations, marketing, etc.

b) Participate in continuous performance review and work improvement process

3) Any other duties as assigned by Team Lead / Supervisor or Head of Department.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in program management, student services, or a similar field is preferred.
• NITEC/A-level / Diploma holder
• Proficient in Microsoft excel/word/power point
• Self-driven, resourceful, organised and meticulous
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Good presentation skills
• Able to meet tight deadline
• Able to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to learn and can adapt to changes.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure seamless execution of assigned projects, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Actively participate in project-related meetings, recording minutes and following up on critical action items with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal customer care teams to ensure timely and accurate order entry, and support issue resolution during project execution.
• Develop and update weekly project schedules, liaising with Finance to meet invoicing requirements.
• Follow up on the project related payment, miles stone payment.
• Consolidate project documents from inter-departments for timely submission to clients.
• Arrange and assist with Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) as required.
• Work with the commercial team to provide accurate monthly forecasts.
• Support internal customer care teams with project execution, customer feedback, documentation, order tracking, and communication.
• Ensure adherence to internal standards and external regulations.
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with relevant working experience will be considered

Experience

• Preferably 3-5 years of working experiences in customer support function.
• Prior experience in Contract / Project management will be an advantage.
• Proficient in SAP preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.

Others

• Travel may be required (up to 10%).
• Willing to work in Boon Lay.

5. Monitor project progress regularly, foster strong client relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure the delivery of superior after-sales service.

Job Requirements:

1. A college degree or higher, with a preference for candidates from relevant academic disciplines.
2. A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a related field; candidates with backgrounds in business assistance or copywriting will be given priority.
3. Exhibit humility, courtesy, and a strong sense of approachability, paired with excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
4. Demonstrate proficiency in both verbal and written communication in Chinese and English, with the ability to manage bilingual documentation effectively.

The Job:

• Oversee the calculation of wages, deductions, and withholdings, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements such as Central Provident Fund (CPF) contributions and Skills Development Levy (SDL)
  • Ensure Accurate and timely payment of salary which includes hourly / daily / monthly paid employees depending on the terms and conditions of employment
  • Review payroll transactions, including adjustments, bonuses, and incentives, while ensuring compliance with employment contracts and relevant legislation

The Requirements:

• Min Diploma in HR with 1-2 years HR working experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
