a) General

1. Maintain and update Crewing Calendar factoring projects and in-house needs and crew leave.

Requirements:

• Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in a finance or accounting role and be well versed in handling multiple accounts including construction work in progress accounts.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and planning of budgets. Monitor and report on budget variances. Develop financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
• Accounting Operations: Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure they are up-to-date.
• Audit and Compliance: Participate in internal and external financial audits. Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures. Implement and review financial controls to mitigate risks.
• Financial Strategy and Planning: Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Develop and implement financial policies to improve operational efficiency. Supports the GM in strategic financial planning and decision-making
• Team Management: Supervise and train finance assistants. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations, costing and tracking efficiency. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible to develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans and tactics (in line with the company objectives) to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

Managing the company’s marketing budget and co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities and report on the key performance matrix with concrete ROI analysis both quantitative and qualitative.

Responsible to determine budgets and targets and in charged with developing pricing strategies for products and services.

Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors and develop potential new strategic partner relationships.

Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications; variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis) and work closely with design agencies and assist with new product launches.

Conduct market research & analysis; Market insights and competitor’s development to enhance company competence of developing competitive products and services to gain market share.

Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups

Assist in Product Development team, Product Licensing Acquisitions & Accreditations from relevant agencies/vendors/suppliers; support in providing feedback on Quality & Service issues to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Coordinates and submits monthly, quarterly & annual report and supervise to oversee PSI preparations updating and finalization.

Work closely with sales to assist in the analysis of sales forecast, monthly & annual sales achievement by dealer & by product.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing/ Retail Management/ Business

· Minimum 3-5years of marketing work experience preferably in the Home Appliance Industry.

· Ability to work in teams and individual effort to execute marketing task assigned.

· Need to communicate with Chinese speaking customer and business associate

QUALITATIVE AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

· Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Marketing Planning and Execution.
