- Provide full spectrum of HR
- Manage recruitment, including reviewing job descriptions, posting job advertisement, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews to offering and on-boarding of new hires
- Prepare Company Policies / Employee Handbook / Safety Orientation and all other document require by Management
- Participate improvement on HR work processes and create SOPs and documentations
- Ensure employee compliance with company policies
- Maintain and update employee record - Info Tech
- Assist with MOM related survey, Application & renewal of work passes on MOM website
- Manage payroll processing and attendance tracking
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by Head of Department
