About this team

The Brand Experience is a core function of the Brand and Community organization, with a sharp focus on elevating an inspired understanding of the brand and product stories that underpin and uniquely define lululemon across multiple platforms. Comprised of the core functions of Creative, PR, Social Media, Community, and Retail Brand Experience, Brand and Community is redefining digital and physical brand experiences by providing strategic design for the online-to-offline journeys that serve our guests and drive sales.

The Retail Brand Experience (RBE) team are the curators of our in-store brand and product experiences. The RBE team is a core function of the Brand organization, with a sharp focus on storytelling, visual merchandising, and overall store experience. This team brings to life global /regional/ local marketing moments, impacting the retail channel performance while elevating guest experience and brand recognition.

A day in the life:

RBE Manager, SEA markets will be responsible for planning and executing the retail product presentation and storytelling experience across Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia to deliver consistent in-store / omni guest experience. This role will manage strategies for visual merchandising, instore marketing, campaigns, and new store openings, by partnering cross functionally with key audiences such as Merchandising, Retail Operations, Brand, Store Development, and Ecomm. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Loan Executive to join our auto finance business. As a Senior Loan Executive, you will play a critical role in managing the pre and post-disbursement processes, including but not limited to timely loan collection. Your expertise in credit operations will contribute to the success and profitability of our business.

Responsibilities:

- Perform record creation and system updating in the Company’s s operating systems for loan application received.
- Perform documentation check before loan disbursement and ensure invoices received are in order.
- Raise disbursement and commission payment requests.
- Prepare payment instructions, reminders, and other notification letters to customers / law firms.
- Perform imaging, indexing, and filing of collateral documents.
- Review & update system reports on a daily basis.
- Handle customers’ enquiries.
- Escalate any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager.
- Assist Team Manager by providing ideas / initiatives to improve the existing workflow and identify operational risks and implement measures to address / mitigate these risks.

Requirement:
At least 1-2 years of experience in Loans or in Credit Operations role.
Good understanding of operational risks.
Proficient in Microsoft office especially Microsoft Word and Excel
