Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries on stocks (exchange or loan) availability, RFQ as well as exchange order status
• Manage TAT exchanges and loan activities
• Monitor and assist in resolving critical and AOG situations in a timely manner.
• Ensure conformance to AOG response policy to include effective and timely communication and execution.
• Responsible for fulfilling ABTH replenishments within contractual commitments
• Inventory management of exchange pool units and ABTH (contract) stocks

Operation Executive (Event industry)
