- Adhoc accounting/administrative tasks as assigned by the manager
- Management of petty cash transactions
- Controlling credit and ensuring debtors payment received on time
- Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts
- Ensure all payment amounts and records are accurate
- Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Requirements:
- Preferably experience as account
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Knowledge of MYOB software
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Min. O Level / Diploma in Account
