Requirements

Experience and Skillsets
- At least 2 years of experience preferably in talent management, performance management and/ or HR transformation work.
- Ability to grasp concepts, write review papers and translate into workable implementation with a given timeline is necessary.
- Ability to see through and complete work pieces assigned in a timely manner.
- A keen understanding of the digital/ tech industry is an advantage.

Job Description
Talent Management
· Review and transform the current talent management policies and programmes towards a Tech Management organisation.
o Maintain the talent management database and monitor for talents who are due for postings
o Propose postings plan, engage the talents, liaise with respective agencies and seek approval for the postings to effect
o Propose engagement plan for talents with leaders
o Propose career pathways for talents based on their sector roadmap
· Support the team and Ministry HQ in any collection and submission of data and reports on talent management
Performance Management
· Propose and execute best practices in performance management
· Monitor and remind the completion status of annual appraisal forms
· Follow-up with divisions and agencies on ranking and promotion returns
· Put together data in Excel and slides to support in the ranking and promotion briefings, meetings and submission to Ministry HQ
