Welcome to Music Delight School.

We are looking for Interns who are keen on learning about how a Music school is run and to join us in growing our Music School.

You'll have a ball of a time with us and learn plenty of real live business & marketing operations!

Roles and responsibilities include:

- Learning and Maintaining school's social media channels including Facebook, Youtube, Instagram & Tiktok Account

- Developing of Music School's POS System

- Growing of Music Delight's online Shop platforms including Shopee & eFrasers

- Growing Music Delight's online presence through Google business

- Maintaining and keeping our website up to date.

Running of Music School

- Setup Trial Classes, Enrolment of students, Application of GIRO (For school fees)

- Collect school fees on time

- Communicate between Students/Parents and Teachers on progress & class schedule

- Arrange Teacher Absent Tracking (TAT), Student Makeup, Exam registration, Recitals

- Send reminders to Students & Teachers on No Lesson Weeks, Ad-hoc schedules

- Ensure all excel files are up to date – Checklist, Teachers Incident, Deposit, Attendance etc - Sale of goods - Manage inventory in the outlet

- Opening & closing of the school

- Housekeeping: School & instruments

- Services: Re-string, Tune, Repair

Responsibilities

As a business development intern, you will assist in identifying prospective customers, building relationships, and drafting proposals to promote our business both online and offline. It is a role that involves a dynamic range of initiatives that will contribute directly to the growth of the company.

• Proactively generate new leads and reach out to potential clients
• Manage existing clients/incoming leads, identify their needs and draft business proposals
• Perform product demonstration/presentation clearly and coherently to clients
• Project coordination across teams to develop new business
• Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market trends

Experience

Education

• High school diploma and currently pursuing undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or other related thereto preferred; or equivalent work experience required
