Key Responsibilities:

Support Project Manager:

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to clarify product requirements and prioritize features effectively.
• Ensure all development activities adhere to the timelines established by the Project Manager.

User Requirements Identification:

• Work closely with the UI/UX designer to conduct user research, utilizing focus group discussions and other methodologies to gather insights.

Business Process Re-engineering:

• Analyze current ('as-is') processes through mapping and documentation.

Collaboration and Communication:
