Duties

• Managing delivery of laboratory supplies from Suppliers and to Customer’s stockrooms and points-of-use
• Perform goods receipt in ERP systems upon receiving of these laboratory supplies
• Be reactive to stock level adjustment and provide feedback whenever stock is low.
• Stock check of inventory supply ensuring products are not expired and at recommended stock level.
• Execute verification, calibration, and preventive maintenance (PMs) using in-house Metrology Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Coordinate and manage external third-party (3P) vendors for various services such as calibration, PM, qualification, and repairs

Requirements

• Possesses an ITE or a Diploma in Science or related discipline
• No experience needed - Training Provided (structured training programs)

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end campaign setup in OLS to drive campaign execution.
• Gather user requirements and coordinate campaign prioritization.
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and live verifications (LV) to ensure desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to set up campaign rules in OLS.
• Manage resolution of UAT and production issues with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in system parameter setup.

Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Relations

· Interact with guests for entertainment and rapport while garnering feedback for the growth of company.

· Handle guests complaints and feedback with tact, to ensure all guests leave the restaurant with a smile.

Maintenance of Restaurant

· Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness of restaurant to ensure pleasant during experience for every guest.

Front of House

· As front of house crew, to maintain a friendly and positive vibe for both guests and colleagues by smiling and greeting.

Requirements

Position: Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collate and manage all the details regarding the application for the assigned business vertical – information could span from details of systems interfacing, content of the various data being posted, data held within the application, etc.
• Support user community on business queries and guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities.
• Clear understanding the scope of the project, the changes associated and support the Project Manager in impact assessment. Clearly document the rationale for projects where no impact is assessed.
• For projects where there is an impact, play a governance role in ensuring that the design (in terms of the level of information required from source to core processing) is aligned with the strategic data flow strategy.
• Collate and rationalise all stakeholders’ requirements and walkthrough these requirements with the team.
• Actively partner with the team in the solutioning process to ensure that the business solutions being implemented are thought through from a long term, standardization, design for no operations, front-end configuration perspective.
• Assess and propose appropriate testing approach and sign-off criteria to stakeholders and get concurrence.
• Overall UAT management in terms of UAT timeline, batch run/re-run and managing the tester’s testing result.
• Prepare proper documentation on the data flow, design, business solutioning, and testing approach in accordance with predefined templates.
