Project Management

• Manage and strategize end to end activities as well as coordinate of projects efficiently

• Provide on project management training to Support Team

Costing Management

• Preparation of sales quotation to potential clients
• Sourcing of related information to support the projects
• Evaluate project estimates and costing
• Prepare costing sheets for projects

Vendors / Suppliers Management

• From selection, to evaluation and risk assessment to ensure vendors/suppliers meet service level agreements

Job Specifications

• Good working knowledge of project management covering principles and practices related to project estimation, technical, costing, liaising, labor forecasting, building permits, multiple disciplines involved in areas of responsibilities
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
