Senior Manager (Building Environment Engineering Project)

• Plans, directs leads and manages the Project, Engineering, and Installation sections to achieve its annual financial & non-financial goals.
• Manages overall project, engineering and installation operations and the optimum utilisation of the units of resources to meet all goals set.

The Role:

Main Duties:

Carpentry works

Responsibilities:

· Perform builder’s works to properties under our care.

· Perform quality check on completed fixture & fitting and ensure fixtures& fitting are fabricated accordingly to construction drawing.

· Ensure work site/work station is properly cleaned up and proper housekeeping are to be maintained at all times.

· Perform several interior and exterior renovation.

· Carry out on-call emergency activities as necessary, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol.

Other Responsibilities:

· To perform ad hoc duties and other labour related duties as & when requested.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting the Restaurant Manager in working with chefs and other personnel to plan menus in line with the brand’s culinary direction.

• Work with chefs for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies. Estimate food and beverage costs. Supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste. Perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high-quality preparation and service.

• Work with other management personnel to plan marketing, advertising, and any special restaurant functions.

• Direct hiring, training, and scheduling of food service personnel.

• Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.

• Assist in dishwashing duties

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
