JOB SUMMARY

Accountable for overall success of the daily pastry operations. Exhibits creative baking and decorating talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff in preparing quality and consistent pastries for all areas. Be a part of the culinary team for an all-American craft burger restaurant with potential to expansion to higher position with a bar & grill concept in development. Responsibilties include daily food preparation, cooking, ordering supplies, cleaning and overall maintenance supervision of the kitchen procedures.

Must have a minimum 2-4 years kitchen experience, food safety & hygiene certificate, ability to work and collaborate with the team in a positive environment as well as work indepently, good organization and problem solving skills.
