• Plan and make varieties in buffet theme menu such as mutton vindaloo, briyani, ghee rice, variety of chicken recepies.
• Able to prepare desserts items such as gulab jamun, rasagulla etc
• Experience in North India cuisine would be an advantage.
• Able to give variety menu at reasonable budget and cost
