Roles and Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and leads.

· Persuade potential clients to schedule a tentative appointment with our sales representative.

· Data Management: Performing accurate data entry and maintaining records of leads and appointments.

· Recruit, train and supervise other telemarketers under the team

· Talent Acquisition: Recruitment of potential sales managers, via cold-calling and scheduling interviews (This responsibility will be handed out once the call support specialist has mastered the other above responsibilities)

Requirements:

· Proficient with technology and office software, such as Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Sheets.

· Fluent in written and spoken English. It will be a huge advantage if you are strong in another language to communicate with potential clients.

· Proven experience as Talent acquisition consultant / HR consultant / or similar position will be an advantage.

· Min. 2 years of customer service/ Telemarketer/ cold calling in a call center environment experience.

· Able to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone.

· Confident and pleasant personality.

· Willing to learn the trades of recruitment

· Able to work independently and be a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the agents and Call Centre operations
• Handle complaints and manage service recovery
• Handle the recruitment, training, and development of the agents
• Provide administrative support in the Call Centre
• Cover the Team Managers' duties and shift where necessary
• Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Singaporeans only
• Minimum GCE'O' level qualification or equivalent
• Proficient in relevant computer applications and skills (Microsoft Applications)
• Must be able to handle stress extremely well
• Good verbal communication skills
• Minimum 1 year experience in a call centre setting is advantageous
• Must be comfortable and or agreeable to the working environment of the workplace (more details once shortlisted for an interview)

Other Information:

• Monthly basic salary range of $2,300 to $2,500
• 5.5-days work-week including Saturday (on rotation basis)
• Official working hours are from 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Workplace is at Upper Changi area of Singapore (more information during the interview)

As the Manager with SingHealth's Call Centre Shared Service, ensuring that SingHealth’s call centres remain accessible to patients is key. You will be tasked to drive innovation and digitalisation, review current processes, as well as propose and operationalise strategic initiatives to improve and sustain call centre performance. You will be involved in analysing patient feedback and workload trends as part of quality improvement and performance management in the call centres to ensure excellent customer service is delivered in a timely manner. You will be responsible for keeping call centre team members engaged and motivated through initiatives that will bring joy at work. You will also be required to participate in work groups to drive change in the call centre.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of relevant hands-on operational experience and 2 years of supervisory experience

- Possesses experience leading digital transformation and automation projects (including but not limited to Robotic Process Automation) in a call centre or in service industry

- Prior experience in healthcare industry will be an advantage

- Good project management skills

- Independent, strong team player who can multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
