Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Develop and execute comprehensive integrated marketing and communication plans via social media, email, publications, websites, SEO, SEM, public relations, advertising, etc. to enhance the center’s profile.
· Serves as the primary communications representative in internal and cross-departmental projects to coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects.
· Manages the corporate website from the creation and updating of contents, to implementation of search engine optimisation strategies to maximise online presence and searchability.
· Responsible for conceptualisation, execution, management and production of short & long form videos (e.g., corporate video, webinars and existing footages); ensures the compliance with the center’s internal guidelines and external regulations.
· Supports copywriting and editing of publicity collaterals to strengthen the organisation’s brand.
· Other duties include supporting daily administrative tasks and perform other duties as requested, including managing media relations, corporate visits and events.
Requirements
· A degree in related field (eg. Journalism, Communications, Marketing, etc.).
· At least 3 years of relevant experience in communications, media, editorial, and copywriting for web and digital platforms, preferably in a research environment.
· Ability to work independently.
