RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the single-point of contact for all customer account management matters.

• Degree holder with minimum 6 years of working experience in customer accounts servicing and at least 2 years experience in leading a team.

Responsibilities

- Perform end to end project management of data center delivery.

- Responsible for the electrical & telecom fitout works of the data hall.

• Proven experience (5 years) in managing IDC operations, preferably in a large-scale data center or colocation facility.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure systems, including power distribution, cooling, network infrastructure, and security systems.
• Familiarity with industry best practices, regulations, and standards related to data center operations, such as ISO 27001, Uptime Institute Tier Classification, and BICSI standards.
• Proficiency in using data center management tools, monitoring systems, and incident management platforms, such as DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) and BMS (Building Management Systems).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide clear guidance to technicians and engineers.
