• Foster collaborations with community groups to strengthen and expand partnerships with religious and faith communities, ethnic/cultural, health and human service providers, business, education and neighborhood groups in support of agency’s recovery programmes
• Liaise with Communications & Relations Manager, in the planning and provision of services to WE CARE clients by volunteers and CSR partners.
• Assist Communications in outreach activities to raise and increase awareness of WE CARE services and mission.
• Manage the operations of the Drop-in Centre and oversee all activities in the Centre including liaison and scheduling of self-help meetings with respective RSG groups (AA, NA, SLA, etc)

3) Counsellor

· Conduct individual and group counselling of youths/adults with addiction related issues.

The Learning & Development (L & D) Lead is responsible for the training and professional development of the Company’s employees. The purpose is to make the most out of people’s talents and help them develop to their full potential. At the same time, to keep a strong focus not just on what the learner wants and needs, but also on the needs of the Company.

The L & D Lead together with HR to work closely with HODs to ensure that:

• They have a strong understanding of what the Company’s objectives are and that they create training programs that are aligned with these objectives.
• They have a full understanding of the various business units and their specific training requirements.

Job Duties

• Identify training needs, recommending and implementing solutions, and evaluating and measuring effectiveness.

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of a comprehensive training strategy ensuring strategic alignment of training and development with business goals.

• Collaborate with HR team members and business leaders to understand their needs related to training and development by proactively interfacing with key stakeholders in order to understand, recommend and deploy effective solutions.

• Conduct assessments and analyses to define performance, skill and knowledge gaps and recommend training and development to drive individual and company-wide capability and performance improvement.

• Partner with the HR team to recommend and develop employee engagement programs and activities that enhance employment experience.

• Design and develop programs and curriculum, partner with internal subject matter experts and/or external vendors to achieve defined training, learning and development objectives.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for training and development programs.

• Establish and maintain individual and organizational performance evaluation methods for training content, delivery, activities, engagement and outcomes. Utilize metrics to validate knowledge transfer and return on investment.

• Tracking budgets and negotiating contracts with external vendors.

• Supporting HR team in other projects when required.

Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of relevant experience including developing, implementing and delivering programs
• Experience in People Management is a must
• ACTA certification
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business priorities/challenges to strategic learning initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in HR studies, organizational development/psychology
• Strong team player with the interpersonal skills to influence and interact well with stakeholders; an effective communicator with the users and project teams to ensure project success.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Administration of onboarding of clients to service.
• Scheduling of staff to clients based on needs and requests.
• Handling client inquiries about the service.
• Invoicing, tracking and ensuring prompt payment of service.
• Assist in handling client complaints.
• Home Care attendance, invoice, subsidy tracking (Household Means-Testing, Senior Mobility Fund, Medifund, etc.)
• Ensure efficient documentation and systematic filing of client information.
• Will report to the Home Care Manager.
• Work closely with Nursing Manager to ensure that the right care staff is assigned to the right client.
• Any other assigned adhoc tasks assigned by management team.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and making sense of data and identifying areas for data representation improvement. You will also help to solve basic office IT issues with the help of an IT vendor, as and when needed to optimize operational efficiency. You will work closely with various departments to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

Job Description:

• Discuss with internal end users / business stakeholders to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and identify, analyze and translate these business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop and manage Management Information System reports (e.g Sales, Inventory, Staff and Outlet performance) and Dashboards, integrating ongoing requirements and new features based on requirements provided by business users.
• Improve systems by studying current processes; designing modifications. For example, automate processes by developing scripts and codes from MS SQL database to supplement SAP system.
• Design scripts to handle errors from source documents to check for accuracy and inconsistencies before upload to analysis platform.
• Provide user training and support to ensure effective utilization of dashboards and IT solutions.
• Provide daily SAP helpdesk support, troubleshoot on first level simple user SAP issues for local operations and escalate to the vendor if neccesary.
• Provide on-going support on in-house CRM application, its analysis platform including tablets and network maintenance.
• Liaise closely with vendors and group IT in project implementation, application testing, supporting application patching and upgrades
• Maintenance knowledge of server and office equipment including laptop/printers and business email setup
• Day to day system support for software, hardware and network issues, if need arises
• Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures

Skills and Experience Required:

• Preferably at least 2 years of relevant working experience implementing or managing MS SQL, central data warehouse and managing analysis platform
• Good Experience in Python, SQL (database), Power BI, VBA is an added bonus.
• Degree/Diploma in Data Analytics/Computer Science/Information Technology or any other relevant qualifications preferred.
• Proven competency with systems and have been key-user or involvement in business systems implementation, upgrade or management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, basic Network Administration, basic Hardware and Software knowledge
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Liaise with HQ departments to develop operational strategies and plans, including systems support, in line with the strategic vision for Silver Generation Office
• Establish strong working relationships with Satellite Offices (SOs) and ensure smooth implementation of operating guidelines that enable SOs to plan, execute and calibrate their operations
• Manage timely data collection and analysis at the Cluster- and SO-level to report and track progress towards strategic goals and milestones, identify areas for improvement and develop forward plans
• Lead the identification and analysis of metrics needed to trend emerging needs of seniors, including the demands and preferences for active ageing programmes and care and support trends, to improve the existing operational model
• Synthesize insights from data and work closely with SOs to drive the translation of recommendations into business actions
• Lead the identification of competency gaps within the Cluster and work closely with Training team to address training needs
• Support project management of cluster projects, including the monitoring of progress, resource utilization, schedule, risks and issues, and coordinate and organise meetings as required
• Prepare written correspondences and presentations to brief and update management and provide administrative and resourcing support as required

Requirements

• A degree or equivalent in any field, from a recognised University
• Minimally 3-4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in similar capacity
• Able to grasp organizational strategies and plans and understand the objectives and impact to operations planning and execution
• Able to formulate guidelines and report templates for the implementation and monitoring of operational tasks by taking reference from HQ directives and planning norms
• Knowledge of how to create and apply various algorithms from database to analyse trends, sense make and identify gaps and areas that need improvement
