OWIS is looking at appointing a Parent Liaison Officer / Global Care Officer who will be working closely with the Admissions team. The Parent Liaison Officer / Global Care Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting the admissions and sales teams by efficiently managing administrative processes, providing accurate information to prospective families, and delivering superior multilingual customer service to ensure smooth enrollment processes and drive success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support

• Prepare, organize, and manage enrollment-related documentation, such as forms and contracts.
• Maintain and regularly update prospective and current student records in databases (e.g., CRM systems).
• Monitor and follow up on inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Conducting School tours

2. Customer Engagement

• Serve as the main contact for inquiries, addressing questions from parents and agents in multiple languages whenever possible.
• Coordinate and schedule school tours, meetings, and interviews for prospective families.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive details about the school’s programs, facilities, and admissions processes.

3. Collaboration with Admissions and Sales Teams

• Assist in creating reports, presentations, and data insights for the admissions team.
• Support the design and distribution of promotional and marketing materials.
• Actively participate in open houses, webinars, and recruitment campaigns.

4. Communication and Coordination

• Liaise with internal departments, such as academics and finance, to facilitate smooth admissions.
• Collaborate with external agents and stakeholders to ensure seamless student onboarding.

5. Performance Tracking

• Monitor KPIs related to admissions and enrollment goals.
• Analyze enrollment trends and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles; experience in the education sector is preferred.
• Multilingual abilities (preferred) to support a diverse parent, client and student population.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication platforms.

We are recruiting Full time/Contract Student Care Teacher-

Pay: (Dependent on Academic Qualifications and Relevant Experience, between $1600 to $2600 per month)

Working hours (short working hours - 35hours a week)
Timing: Mon-Fri 12pm to 7pm

Job scope:
1. 4pm to 5.30pm is intensive academic time, where teachers are provided syllabus and answer sheet to mark and go through with a group of up to 15 students
2. Other than that, supervise and guide students on homework, spelling and 听写
3. Checking of school bag for homework
4. Giving out of food and fetching of students from nearby schools
5. Simple curation of materials based on materials provided and AI (Will be trained)
6. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of the students.

Min Requirements
1. A level graduate or Dip Graduate
Present Diploma Students may also apply but there would be a selection process.
2. Relevant working experience would be helpful but not necessary

Van Driver for Elder Care Centre (5 days work)

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure safety for all seniors during transportation to and from the Centre.

2. Assist seniors with boarding and alighting from the van with lifter.

3. To fasten safety belts & wheelchair securely for all seniors.

4. Keep vehicle clean and tidy all the time.

5. Keep proper maintenance of vehicle such as routine servicing, repairs etc & report if any issue.

6. To assist in running errands such as collects and dispatches goods or documents to and from the centre when necessary.

7. Attends to the general maintenance and repairs of the centre when necessary.

8. Performs any other related tasks or duties as required and assigned by the Centre Manager, Administrator & Board of Management.

Requirements:

1. A valid class 3 driving license.

2. A clean driving records.

3. Well route planning as and when with new client admit or discharge.

4. Knowledge of area roads and neighbourhoods (Jurong / CCK / Bukit Batok).

5. Familiarity with GPS application / Tech Savvy

6. Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)

7. Caring and Compassion towards elderly.

Provide day care services to the clients attending the Day Care and Dementia Care Centre, by assisting in their personal care and activities of daily living to ensure comfort and safety of the individual in accordance with the standards of St. Andrew’s Senior Care, and maintaining a clean, orderly and safe environment for the clients and assisting the clients in personal care and activities of daily living.

Job Description

• Porter clients (between drop-off point and centre, to and fro the gym for rehabilitation session).
• Help clients settle down upon arrival at the centre.
• See to the dietary needs of clients by serving meals to them and supervising their consumption.
• Supervise and/or assist clients in the various activities
• Assist clients who are require minimal supervision during toileting.
• Assist clients to settle down for a nap after lunch.
• Assist in the mobility of clients.
• Porter clients to and from Rehabilitation sessions.
• Conduct group programmes and activities for the clients under the supervision of the therapists.
• Participate in inservice training programmes designed and catered for upgrading of the staff.
