The Position

• The Head of Medical Affairs (HoMA), ROPU ASKAN leads the Medical Affairs organization within a Therapeutic Area (TA).
• Throughout the developmental stages of an asset (pre-launch and post launch) and the entire life cycle of Boehringer Ingelheim products, HoMA leads the development of Medical Affairs-strategies and implementation of the corresponding Medical Affairs-activities in ASKAN. • The Head of Medical Affairs is responsible for developing in cross-functional teams (with Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Health Outcome & Pricing, Pharmacovigilance and other functions) strategic guidance to bring the benefit of Boehringer Ingelheim medications to our patients starting several years prior to launch and across the compound life-cycle
• The Head of Medical Affairs, is responsible for enabling and supporting Human Pharma to profile the safety and efficacy of Boehringer Ingelheim medications by focusing on medical information, local generation and communication of relevant clinical and non-clinical data and compliant interaction with different external experts
• The Head of Medical Affairs is responsible for developing and performing Medical Affairs activities; studies, publications or programs with external experts in alignment to the planning process, which includes guiding and implementation of or execution of all local Medical Affairs activities

3.PEOPLE:

• The Head of Medical Affairs is responsible for ensuring that Boehringer Ingelheim attracts, develops, and, retains experts within and across therapeutic areas in prescription medicines and consumer health care in region assigned, which includes:
• Supporting knowledge and skill sharing within the CDMQ Medical Affairs organization
• Building relationships with respective functions with the ROPU

4.LEADERSHIP/ SUPERVISION:

• Ensure implementation and compliance to the Performance Management / Talent Management / Compensation Planning / Boehringer Ingelheim People timelines for the year

• Develop an achievable behavioural implementation plan and be ready to nurture, nudge and discipline

Family, and partnerships

• Collaborate and coordinate with staff, families, schools and other social partners
• Assess risks/needs and consult the Lead, Social Worker, Counsellor
• Take turns with the team to organise family/community events
• Conduct semesterly conferences / visits to home/schools

Administration and operations

• Document relevant information on the scholar management system in a timely manner
• Support in =Dreams programmes and other organisational activities
• Evening work hours required because the youths only return to campus after school

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or degree in any fields
• 3 years of experience in engaging youths and/or experience in coaching and mentoring
• Patient, committed and value building authentic relationships with diverse communities, families and professionals
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Be a strong team player
• Able to discern and make good judgements
• Ready to laugh at oneself and with others; believes in teaching one to fish and not giving the fish
• Experience working with children, youth and low-income families is preferred

To attend to the general welfare and well-being of our youth residents, providing companionship/ mentorship during duty hours:

• To ensure residents' well being and safety at all times
• To work closely with other staff of home to deliver the mission of the home
• To develop positive rapport and be a role model for the residents through active listening and regular communication engagements
• To ensure residents comply with home rules, complete assigned home duties and community service orders timely
• To ensure proper documentation and handover of information for the smooth running of the Home.
• Ensure the living environment of the youths is clean and safe.
• Any other duties assigned.

• Able to work as a team player with high level of initiative and independence
• Able to interact positively with youths.
• Able to work rotating shift (Day/Night) including weekends and public holidays

We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Care Team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding class schedules, pricing, membership packages, and general studio information
Assist members with class sign-ups, check-ins, and cancellations using the Mindbody system.
Ensure all classes are running smoothly by monitoring attendance and resolving any booking conflicts
Assist Teachers with their Personal Training bookings and assigning rooms to avoid any clashes

Administratives & Membership Retention:
Sending Personalised Welcome Message after ensuring the Profile Completeness is done
Introduce yourself, share important policies: booking, waitlist, suspension, transfer, late cancellation and no show etc
Engage and build rapport to gather early feedback and provide supportOffer Jal Care kit for medical suspension
Track and prepare Birthday Cards
Maintain existing trackers using Google Sheets
Keep track of supplies and notify the manager when inventory levels are low

Requirements:

• O Levels or Poly Diploma on any field
• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role (experience in a wellness or fitness environment is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must be able to commit either these hours;

• Mon - Fri 4pm - 10pm
• Weekends from 8.30am to 5.30pm
• 6 days requirements a must
  or
• Mon - Fri 7am - 3pm
• Sundays from 8.30am - 5.30pm
• 6 days requirements a must
