Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement diverse digital marketing strategies for brands and regions, emphasizing brand awareness, traffic, engagement, leads, and customer retention.
- Supervise digital marketing endeavors covering content, social media, SEO, advertising, KOL/KOC outreach, keyword research, customer journey mapping, online reputation, and email campaigns.
- Establish performance objectives to set practical benchmarks, identify emerging trends, technologies, revenue drivers, and opportunities.
- Keep the team informed on digital trends, platforms, technologies, and best practices, suggesting adoption when suitable.
- Create and manage compelling content across multiple channels like websites, blogs, social media, and emails.
- Craft brand identity and messaging structure to ensure consistency across channels and regions.
- Develop and oversee online advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, Naver, and social media to enhance online visibility, drive qualified traffic, and increase leads.
- Formulate media plans, including online media and influencer outreach, while maintaining relationships.
- Manage budgets across all channels and platforms to maximize ROI and meet performance targets.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure and report actionable insights for marketing channels, including website traffic, followers, engagement rates, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management, offering data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure smooth execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Ensure the team's participation and support in relevant marketing events and activities as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalents.
- Minimum 3 years of working experiences in digital marketing, emphasizing strategy creation.
- Extensive knowledge of SEO & SEM principles and a track record of success using online advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Skilfulness in employing diverse digital marketing tools and platforms, encompassing analytics tools, social media management tools, and CRM software.
