Responsibilities

• Perform dunning and collections follow-up, for accounts in arrears
• Investigate unidentified credits, disputes and perform reconciliation with customers when required
• Prepare ageing reports, month-end management reporting, provisions of doubt debt and all other ageing related reporting
• Chair and lead credit meetings with various business partners, identify high risk accounts and align follow-up
• Perform profiling, risk assessment, review and analysis on delinquent accounts
• Propose and implement dunning strategy and process improvements
• Ensure KPI on debtor's turnover are met

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or other relevant qualification
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and assessing workplace risks from work processes.
• Recommend and review measures and safe work procedures to mitigate risks and prevent incidents.
• Support the implementation and review of safety measures and procedures to prevent workplace accidents.
• Investigate incidents/accidents and advise on remedial actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with authorities on safety, health, and environmental matters.
• Administer and implement an effective EHS Management System (EHSMS) per legislation and prepare for external audits.
• Conduct Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) audits as required.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and conduct EHS training for employees based on Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).
• Monitor and discuss Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) performance in committee meetings, recommending improvements.
• Perform Environmental Control Officer (ECO) and Environmental Control Manager Officer (ECMO) duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least Specialist Diploma in WSH with an ECO certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Civil & Infrastructure projects as a WSHO cum ECO.

Responsibilities:

Accounting

• Execute end-to-end accounting functions, including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliation, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Prepare monthly management reports and annual statutory statements, ensuring audit-readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Manage the complete revenue cycle—from sales invoice generation to collection—including client communication and dispute resolution.
• Handle GST compliance through timely preparation, reconciliation, and submission of quarterly returns.
• Ensure internal control effectiveness through regular reconciliations, audit support, and process improvement initiatives.
• Process statutory submissions, including tax filings, regulatory reporting, and government-related submissions.

Finance

• Prepare financial planning initiatives, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and cash flow projections, to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and update group consolidation reporting and financial analysis to provide actionable insights for business growth and optimization.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing full-spectrum finance and accounting functions, with a proven track record in financial reporting, compliance, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with use of accounting software; knowledge on XERO will be an advantage
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams
• Strong ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and prepare actionable insights for decision-making.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in tasks.

Fully responsible for the day to day operation of building.

Coordinate all maintenacne and administrative staff assigned to the building.

Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidary proprietors.

Coordinate personnel of providing maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park management.

Ensure all contract works / rountine servicing are carried out accordingly as specified in their contracts agreement.

Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender.

Co-ordinate council meetings and general meeetings.

You will assist the Manager or Assistant Manager, Guest Service in overseeing the daily guest service operations in our Serviced Residence. You will also create a pleasant and lasting atmosphere that enables residents’ satisfaction and provide a sense of home away from home. You will report directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Guest Service.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Assist to review standards according to operating procedures and provide support in preparing operational reports to the Management
• Promote teamwork and quality service within the team and coordination with the other departments
• Assist to manage the smooth operations of the department, such as delegating work, communicating goals and scheduling employees to ensure full coverage on the ground
• Assist residents with check-in and check-out procedures
• Ensure all residents are attended to at the Front Desk
• Issue apartment access key cards
• Attend to and anticipate all residents' queries and needs
• Provide recommendations on nearby amenities, places of interest and assist residents in making travel, tours and restaurant reservation arrangements
• Manage residents’ accounts, information and apartment availability in the system
• Perform simple bookkeeping
• Make and confirm reservations
• Assist with the onboarding process for new employees
• Respond to walk-ins, emails, calls and assist with queries and requests
• Handle and record resident feedback and complaints, and refer them to managers
• Perform related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

You have:

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the hospitality industry and in a Supervisory role
• Attained at least a Diploma or Higher NITEC in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or an equivalent qualification
• Service-oriented
• Supervisory skills
• Passion for coaching and guiding
• Passion in learning a variety of tasks, including handling paperwork and managing a team
• Willingness to perform shifts
