Job Description:

• To assist WSH Officer to administer and implement an effective workplace safety and health management system in accordance with prevailing legislation.
• Identify any unsafe condition or unsafe act which is carried out in the worksite.
• Ensure compliance of operation with workplace safety and health regulations and statutory requirements.
• Implement and monitor the Risk Assessments.
• To investigate of any workplace accident and advise on the remedial measures to be taken to prevent any recurrence.

Person Specification:  

•  Proven Underwriting management experience gained from working at another P&I Club and/or marine insurer, marine insurance broker or shipowner.

• Outstanding communication skills, including negotiating, presenting, and reporting (written and verbal)
