· Champion and subject matter focal point of Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits processes. Job Requirements

· A relevant Degree with post graduate C&B qualifications. At least 10 years of experience with proven technical knowledge and experience specializing in implementation of Rewards programs in a large organisation

· Expert in Advanced Excel and has a knack of structuring spreadsheets to handle large volume of data in the most efficient manner. Working knowledge on excel macros and visual basic would be an advantage
