Job Purpose

• To assist Cardiac, Thoracic and Vascular Surgery department (CTVS) surgeons in facilitating the coordination of pre-operative and post-operative workflow of all surgery patients.

Accounts Officer (1-year Contract)

Salary range: $2600 - $2800

Location: Bishan | Bright Hill (TE7)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in processing and filing of tax invoices
• Prepare and process payment with accuracy (e.g. GIRO, cheque etc.)
• General ledger management (e.g. journal entries for monthly GIRO payment, bank reconciliation etc.) and assist with audit for selected GL account
• Perform administrative support and other ad-hoc duties

Job Specifications

• Qualification: Min GCE ‘O’ Level and above
• Year(s) of Experience: 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience
• Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Computer-literate, Knowledge of standard principles of accounting, Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Time management skills
• Meticulous and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Check on all security-related equipment before and after shift, and during regular patrol assist to incident location immediately, and render assistance to staff
• Investigate any case brought to attention interview relevant parties alert any fire safety hazards and flag up any hazards immediately
• Facilitate with mortuary transfer procedures within the hospital
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Reporting Officer

Requirements

• Possess a valid security license registered with the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD)
