About the role
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis, customer surveys, and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to gather insights, and support feature development.
- Product Documentation: Help draft user stories, requirements, and feature specifications to ensure clear communication with the development team.
- User Feedback: Collect, analyse, and report on user feedback to help improve existing products or inform the development of new features.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Support in analysing product metrics, such as user engagement, conversion rates, and feature adoption, to evaluate product performance and suggest improvements.
What we're looking for
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in understanding data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for technology and product development.
