Team Summary

The Card Product group manages the deployment and optimization of Visa’s core products base consisting of Credit, Debit and Prepaid payments solutions globally. The team is also responsible for the development and deployment of innovation across this product suite. To do this, we work in close partnership with Visa clients and key internal and external stakeholders across the globe. We are also the team responsible for leading the transition of conventional card-based solutions onto digital form factors, ensuring Visa payments solutions remain the market-leading way for consumers to spend their money and manage their payments across Visa’s global regions.

Director, Credit Product Management (AP) does at Visa:

Reporting to the Head of Core Product Management, AP, the role-holder will be responsible for initiatives across three broad areas of responsibility:

Credit Product best practices, leading identification, development and execution of Credit product best practices to drive improvements in usage, activation and preference for Visa amongst issuers and consumers

Drive credit innovation, through leadership for the AP region, of initiatives within the Visa 2030 strategy to expand Credit across traditional credit card issuance and the provision of credit outside of credit card issuance

Facilitate Visa thought-leadership, working closely with in-market teams in AP to develop a clear point of view on the direction of credit, working closely with Global counterparts. The role-holder will lead a small team of direct reports and will work closely with in-market colleagues across AP, in other Visa regions and in the Global team to develop end-to-end consumer experiences that drive client preference for Visa as a strategic partner and make us an enabler of superior value propositions for digitally-enabled consumers.

An essential part of Visa’s success is the establishment and application of rules and standards, to ensure a uniform, reliable point-of-sale UX, both online and offline. The Director will be responsible for efficient administration of these Rules and Standards as they pertain to Credit Products, ensuring that the Rules are fit-for-purpose, while also ensuring their efficient operation and administration.

The role-holder will be responsible for the identification, development, commercialization and launch of new ways to grow the consumer credit business as part of Visa’s 2030 corporate strategy, working closely with in-market teams and with global counterparts as well as Visa issuers to expand “credit-card” issuance, as well as newer ways of efficiently facilitating the provision of unsecured credit.

As part of this role, the Director will also be responsible for facilitating the collation, analysis and dissemination of best practices and recommendations for optimal Credit Product performance both internally within Visa, and as a thought-leader externally, working closely with Visa Consulting & Analytics.

Qualifications

What you will need:

• 12-15+ years of experience and at least 8 – 10 years of experience in the payments industry, preferably in product development, product management & strategy
• Experience in financial services, fintechs, telecom, retail and ecommerce will be an advantage
• Proven experience in P&L ownership & sharp understanding of macroeconomics, consumer behavior, product operations, business processes
• Established credentials in delivering product & business solutions and keen interest in payment technology & innovation

The Chief Risk & Compliance Officer is responsible for leading the risk and compliance function at AIAIM and overseeing the compliance and risk program under the Governance Framework of AIAIM.

Oversee Ongoing Investment and Operational Risk Oversight –

• Provide feedback and, where appropriate, acknowledgements to the first line responsible for setting up the corresponding automated controls before such controls are implemented in the production environment.
• Provide feedback and advice to the first line on the due diligence processes and on-going monitoring on investment of private/illiquid assets, trading counterparties, services providers (e.g. custodians, brokers, valuation agents etc.), as well as external fund managers.

Perform Second Line Oversight of Errors & Breaches – Perform second line oversight of the handling and reporting of errors and breaches and coordinate with local regulator(s) in a timely and appropriate manner as and when required while covering the following duties:

• Provide second line feedback on potential risk implications arising from breaches and errors (if any) as well as on the corresponding preventative measures in accordance with the local policies and procedures established under the IGF as well as the applicable local regulatory requirements.
• Manage independent fact-based investigations of errors and breaches in a timely and robust manner as and when required.
• Work with management to put in place appropriate follow-up actions to rectify common breaches (if any) and to avoid recurrence.

Perform Second Line Monitoring of Risks – Perform second line monitoring of risks via the controls embedded within the components of AIAIM’s Governance Framework (i.e. Policies, Procedures, Reporting, Monitoring, Assurance, Certifications and Training) while covering the following duties:

• Perform risk oversight and provide constructive feedback to AIAIM’s Business Risk Oversight function, as well as the Exco, to further enable AIAIM to ensure that the risks identified are closely monitored and appropriately managed on a continual and timely basis.
• Serve as a critical risk oversight function within Exco to ensure that the Board is kept informed of risk exposures on a continual and timely basis.

Collaboration and Communication – Build confident relationships based on trust and reliability with all relevant stakeholders while covering the following duties:

• Work closely with other members of Exco to address compliance and risk-related issues in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Facilitate risk awareness among employees throughout AIAIM considering the relevant standards, policies and procedures established under AIAIM Governance Framework including applicable local regulatory requirements.

Position Purpose

For the scope of Global Banking APAC and as part of the first line of defense, the CCCO for Global Banking APAC (GBA) is responsible for implementing and maintaining a strong Conduct & Permanent control framework on all non-financial risks (operational, conduct and regulatory) throughout the 1LOD across GBA in strong partnership with the Global Banking APAC métiers, APAC functions and APAC region/territories, and in full alignment and integration with Global Banking worldwide.

Ensure a proper oversight of regulatory, conduct, and control matters impacting Global Banking APAC, including all remediation programs across in scope regions and métiers, with the aim of ensuring compliance within each territories of regulations and regulatory expectations; compliance with the bank’s Code of Conduct; compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures; and protection of the Group’s reputation; in alignment and integration with Global Banking worldwide and coordination with APAC CCCO stakeholders:

• Oversee of annual risk and control self-assessment review for the business to ensure regulatory compliance and practices in line with internal requirements

Continuously enhance the Global Banking APAC operational risk management framework, in alignment and integration with Global Banking worldwide and coordination with APAC operational risk management stakeholders:

• Establish or ensure the implementation of standards for defining the risk cartography, and implementing, evaluating, tracking, reporting, and testing of controls
• Monitor Global Banking APAC roadmaps and priorities on operational risk management,

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the direction and guidance of the Senior Director Investments, Data Centres, take ownership and responsibility to:

§ Lead fund management for various fund mandates under ESR’s data centre platform

§ Ensure end-to-end investment process is carried out in accordance with fund requirements

§ Drive product development and marketing of potential new data centre fund vehicles and syndication of existing data centre assets

§ Manage asset level and portfolio level performance measurement; recommend and implement strategies for improving fund returns

§ Carry outfund-level reporting, including production of quarterly reports, annual business plan and ad hoc reporting requests

§ Oversee fund-level financial modelling and preparation of various fund committee memos

§ Manage communications and requests for information from various stakeholders including new and prospective investors, lenders, and internal functions

§ Advise on structuring / financing of potential investments, particularly from an offshore level

• Fluent in English both written and verbal

• Knowledge of Indian banking and finance regulatory requirements and landscape.

ROLE

This role is part of the business development team and will primarily manage client relationships which involves regular/ ongoing contact with clients and delivering quality service to clients based in the China market and Chinese clients globally.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Acquire prospective clients, establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

· Understand and meet the needs of clients and managing their expectations effectively.

· Be familiar with the Company’s products and services to promote effectively to clients.

· Engage and coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet the needs of clients.

· Assist in initial and ongoing Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes to fulfil Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/ Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) requirements.

· Act as the Point of Contact (POC) and be responsible for all sales and service enquiries from prospects and clients.

· Organize and facilitate meetings between prospects or clients and internal or external stakeholders.

· Provide regular updates to the Head of Business Development with the progress of the sales leads.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

University graduate with at least 10 years of experience at asset management or financial services firm, preferrable with similar experience in an asset management/ investment licensed company in China.

Require at least 5 years of experience in a sales/ business development role.

Fluency in verbal Mandarin and written Chinese is a must.

Require a good understanding of China law on overseas investments and China Trust Law.

Require basic understanding of Singapore financial regulatory environment.

Require basic understanding of cross border tax within Asia.

Strong interpersonal, communication (written and oral), negotiation and influencing skills.

Self-starter who is adaptive, fast-learning, responsive, extremely well-organized, meticulous, detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.

Highly accurate with good attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

CMFAS qualification will be required.
